Remo Rea

Remo Réa begins painting in 1977 without having accepted scholastic training

His will to advance draws it away in museum of the fine arts of Lyons where it undertakes several copies and meets B. Rouyard and P. Guion.
His love of nature that a first childhood in Italy crossed to the campaign melts encourages it to plant its easel open-air often in these landscapes of the South am of Lyons with what it is neighbouring. To a very comprehensible paradox this job on the motive, subjected to the vagaries of the sky and places, leading to writings which sometimes lose in pictorial force what they earn in "poem", brings it back to the workshop where it tries to consolidate its painting in front of still lifes and ofportraits .

So it goes and comes salutary between the workshop and the outside, nature and painting, he allowed Rémo Réa to develop an extremely nice style, where forms are firmly recalled and however taken and introduced in the tremble of a very rich coloured modulation.

We introduce you, here, some pictures of the painter.
